Pip Hodson is Chair and Director of the Garry White Foundation, where she works closely with organisations and communities to support practical, lasting change.
Her approach to philanthropy is grounded in a deep respect for nature, community, and the systems that connect them. She is particularly interested in regenerative land use, community resilience, and initiatives that bring together knowledge, practice, and people.
Pip holds a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Environmental Management. Her professional experience spans environmental management and remediation, organic food manufacturing, sports marketing and sponsorship and grant-making. She also volunteers as a wildlife rescuer.
She is a mother of two inspiring daughters and an active equestrian competitor and judge, with a longstanding connection to rural life.
